Official SDL Announcment: Testimonials?

We're working on the new Galaxy Gameworks website, showing off SDL as an awesome product.

If you've used SDL and like it, could you write a quick blurb saying how it's been awesome for you, that we can use on the website?

"i cannot think of a better or more accessible API than SDL for multimedia/game programming for those who already know C or C++. It's performance is nothing short of blazingly fast, and the immense community of users provides copious information on how to use SDL through tutorials, source code and forums, possibly to a degree heretobefore unseen."

As a former hobbyist who has returned to the game development hobby, I can personally recommend no other API for game programming other than SDL. The performance of the API, its accessibility, its huge online community, the multitude of free third-party online tutorials and thorough documentation combine to make SDL stand a head above the competition!

"SDL is a mature, cross-platform, simple to use and very powerful API that continues to grow all the time. It is also easy to set up and get started with. Should you however, encounter a problem at any time, SDL has a big fanbase and community ready to help you. Due to its popularity, a lot of interesting projects, source code and tutorials are available online for you to explore and learn from. In addition, several excellent addon libraries extend SDL's functionality even further.

All in all, this is a great API that I can only recommend to others."
