I'm pondering over what tutorial should be next. What do you think should be next?
Update:
I think it's pretty obvious. I'll go for making the space shooter the next tutorials. Bits and pieces will be taken from Ace of Space (of course). I may throw in Game States in the same tutorial, or make a side tutorial (as it would be relevant here).
Thanks everyone.
I think attempting to cover C++ in an online tutorial is pretty pointless, due to the fact that you would never be able to cover all the important aspects of C++. However, I do like tutorials on obscure subjects such as C++'s literals. That was a very useful tutorial. I also suggest for anyone willing to learn a huge language like C++ to buy a good book and just forget learning it entirely over the internet. Books are of a much better quality than free tutorials.
I think, my good sir, making more tutorials on SDL/OpenGL/(SDL + OpenGL) would be much more appropriate and you would be more able to explain the subject on a more wider basis.
Thanks anyways for the all the useful info and for helping people understand all the complex subjects they couldn't get on their own.

Gamestates, pathfinding and threads are all important and basic things needed for most, if not all games so I think it makes sense to have those before, say, doing a full game tutorial.
Aside from that I would be _very_ interested in more OpenGL tutorials, as 3D is "where it's at" right now. Similar themes as the 2D-SDL tutorials with assets, etc.
That would be awesome.
(My first comment here, hopefully there will be more in the future :) This site has been incredibly helpful and I love the way the tutorials are written. Thank you!)

Rather than undergoing the creation of an entire game, which would include all of the above but most likely in a more minimalistic manner due to there being much more to cover.
I also think that the occasional game to wrap all the information we've learned together is in itself a great idea, I also think that covering other areas would be more beneficial beforehand. Thoughts?
